How long have you worked at Victoria Gate Casino?
I started at Victoria Gate Casino as a Supervisor when the venue opened in January 2016. I progressed to Team Leader after approximately 1 year.
Please explain your current role at Victoria Gate Casino:
As a Supervisor I was responsible for ensuring Dealers pay out correctly and deal efficiently, keep the Team Leader informed of any major win, loss and drop, monitor for cheating or suspicious activity.
As Team Leader I am responsible for supervising and running the entire gaming floor, juggling staff and reacting quickly and appropriately if situations arise.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I like that it sometimes requires quick thinking in order to resolve a problem. I also like that I’m busy from start to finish on every shift.
What do you enjoy about working at Victoria Gate Casino?
We have a really good team and it’s a flexible place to work.
